The bipolar junction transistors are of two types
1. p-n-p transistors
2. n-p-n transistors.
• The symbols of the then- and n-P-n transistors are as shown in the Fig bellow. The n-p-n transistors are more popular than the p-n-p transistors.
• The arrow is always placed on the emitter terminal and the arrow direction in of conventional current flow of emitter current. n-p-n Transistor.
